Hi friends! I hope you are having a nice evening! Sorry for the late post today; I had a super stressful day at work and only got home a few minutes ago. I was planning to share a recipe with you all today, but I decided I am too tired and writing a detailed recipe post just sounded like too much effort. I am so sorry! I promise to share the recipe tomorrow, no matter what!
For now though, I am going to sit on the couch, watch the rest of the Olympics, enjoy a nice glass of wine, and Google recipes for using up some of the weird new veggies I got in a farm share yesterday. For example, can anyone tell me what type of squash this is?
Anyway, I’m off to go relax for the evening and I’ll be back tomorrow with a bootcamp update, farm share description, and a recipe. Phew! Au revior!

I don’t remember the name of that squash, but I’ve cooked them before and there similar in taste to all the summer squash. Hope you have a relaxing weekend after your busy week!
Sorry you had such a stressful day @ work, but nothing a glass ((or two)) of wine can’t fix

I like your style! That is a nice, full glass of wine:) Can’t wait to see what you come up with for your weird veggies.
