Whole Wheat Pancakes

These whole wheat pancakes are so good that you'll never guess they are made without oil or butter!
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2¼ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cups + 1 tbsp fat free milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  1. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and whisk until combined.
  3. Coat skillet with nonstick spray.
  4. Pour batter onto hot skillet in small, pancake-size batches.
  5. Cook pancakes for 2-3 minutes, then flip. Cook the other side for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Remove the pancakes from the skillet and serve.
